It is assumed that everyone can write. After all, we were taught the skill ever since we are in schools. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Many of us find it difficult to even write a sentence, not to mention a whole book. Or you might not have the time to learn up the technicalities of writing a good ebook. If you are one of these people, then you might want to consider hiring a ghostwriter.
What is a ghostwriter? And why would you need them?
To put it simply, ghostwriters write on the behalf of their client without taking credit for their work. The extend of a ghostwriter’s work varies. Some ghostwriters take up the task of researching to completing the book, others may take upon your ideas and rewrite on your behalf. Once you have paid for the ghostwriting service, you retain the copyright to the completed work. You are officially the author of the ebook and, thus, can use it in anyway you like.
Hiring a ghostwriter is a perfect solution if you simply do not have the time to write the ebook yourself. You may have the ideas for the ebook, but lack the skill to pen down the ideas in a presentable manner.
Or you simply want to outsource your writing, so that you can focus on other aspect of your business, such as promotion and advertising. This is especially relevant if you are new to the game and want more time to focus on other important issues such as getting your website up and driving traffic to it. By outsourcing, you save a lot of time.
Where can you find a good ghostwriter? Aren’t they expensive?
Yes, hiring a ghostwriter can be expensive. After all, ghostwriters are the ones doing all the hard work and you are getting credit for it. However, if you know the way and with a little bit of luck, you may just find a reasonably good ghostwriter at an affordable price. For a newbie, you do not need to hire ghostwriters who has produced a 500-page best seller, of which can cost as much as $15,000 for one ebook. What you need is someone who can research and write what you have in mind with reasonably good book of 30 to 40 pages.
To find such ghostwriters, you can go to freelancing sites such as Elance.com, Scriptlance.com or Guru.com to post for a writing project. Any writer who are interested can bid on your project and you can choose the writer which best suit your needs and budget. Established writers charge more for their service, while some budding writers may offer their service at a much lower rate. English major undergraduates are another alternative if you are looking for cheaper ghostwriters. While you may be taking a certain risk in hiring new writers, some new writers do deliver good work as they want to build their reputation. So if you want to hire ghostwriters for a lower price, don’t be afraid to check out all the possibilities.
Before you decide on the writer, ask for their sample work, or testimonials from their previous clients if possible. After deciding on the writer, you may want to provide a sample of your writing to the ghostwriter, so that she can inject your personality in the ebook. Any good ghostwriter should write the way you do
Another important issue is the deadline which should be made very clear in the beginning so you know what to expect. A professional ghostwriter will usually deliver before the designated deadline to allow room for editing and improvement. Also, you should dictate the content to be included in your ebook in the format you prefer. A good ghostwriter should be flexible and accommodate your requirements.
Hire a ghostwriter is a good option if you do not have the time to write the ebook yourself or you would prefer to focus on more important issues, such as promoting your websites or product research. Hiring ghostwriters need not be an expensive or complicated process if you know where to source for such writers.

Most people find it difficult to create their very own niche product, be it ebook, video or audio products because they can’t write or lack technical skills. Some so called ‘guru’ often make it sound more difficult than it actually is. Creating a product is easy if you know the tips and secrets to it!
This article shows you that you can actually create your own niche products super easy and fast! Even you have never written a word in your life. One easy way, of course, is to hire a ghostwriter. But this is not what this article is about.
Now, let’s get started.
1)Interview an Expert or Experts in your chosen Niche
The fastest way to come up with a valuable product is to get the opinions of an expert. Most of the time, you may get positive response from these experts as they can get publicity in return. The more well-known the expert is, the more marketable the finished product will be. You can approach the email with your questions and when you get the expert’s reply, just compile it into an pdf ebook. A better alternative is to record the interview itself and produce an audio product.
Alternatively, you can just as easily contact a bunch of experts and ask them to submit their best articles or reports on a particular subject. Then, compile them into a larger report or even an ebook. Each expert gets to include their web links at the end of their content so they get free publicity from the submission.
2) Record your own tips and advice
If you’re an expert in a subject yourself, you could get a friend or partner to ask you preset questions and you answer those questions. Record/transcribe the whole interview and offer it as downloadable audios, an actual CD, or just the typed up transcripts. Of course, you can consider doing a webcast, that is, a seminar via the Internet, record that and turn that into a product.
3)Update/Republish Existing Information
Find an ebook/manual that’s at least a year old and ask the author/publisher to update the information. For example, you could approach the author of a “free classifieds” directory and offer to help update the information to include all the new resources that came about since the directory was last published.
You could also approach the author of a printed product and ask to convert his product into an audio CD…or visa versa. How about taking an ebook on ‘general advertising tips’ and modifying it for the ‘advertising for small business’ market.
4)Co-Create A Product
Another way to save time is to ask an expert to co-create a product with you. If it’s an informational product, you could both write it together, and split the workload. The product would be finished in half the time.
5) Help Finish Incomplete Projects
Most successful product creators, especially informational product creators, have at least one unfinished product. You can offer to help them finish it. The profits and exposure can be shared between the two of you. This can be applied to ebooks, reports, manuals, manuscripts, even software/scripts or non-informational products.
6)Purchase ‘Private Label’ Rights
You could either search for owners who are already offering private label rights to their products, or approach authors and ask for it. Private label rights offers you the right to insert ‘your name’ as the author of the product. You don’t have to write a single word except type in your name and website info.
You could either pay for these rights with cash, or barter/trade using your own products and/or reprint rights.
7) Hands-On Video Or Camtasia Presentations
Another super easy way to create a high-value product is to create a “how-to” video or computer presentation simply by recording yourself (or an expert) while working on the project. For example, you could create a “how to” product that teaches others to use/learn the features of Microsoft Word by recording yourself using MS Word and explaining the features. Most people prefer listening over reading, and watching over listening.
Create A Package Using Existing Products
Approach several product owners and ask them to donate their product to your project, in exchange for publicity and a cut of the profits. Once you have a bunch of products from different owners, package them together and sell the bundle for an attractive price.
9)Public Domain Information
This is another strategy/topic that’s hot right now. Look for public domain information and republish, re-author, re-title and/or repackage it. You could also go after out-of-print informational products and work out a deal with the original publishers/authors.
10)Case Studies
Ask several experts to offer a case study of their most recent project. For example, if you’re writing about press releases, you would ask each contributor to give you a copy of their last ’successful’ press release and explain the what/why/how of the reason for it’s success. Compile the case studies into a guide that you can sell.
11)Templates, Forms, Etc.
Create templates for others to use, compile a bunch of them together to create an instant product. Example: If you’re a graphic designer, you could create ebook templates, header templates, web site templates, etc. If you’re a copywriter, you could offer several web copy templates that people could use to easily create their own sales letters, etc.
You could do the same thing with commonly used business letters, forms, etc.
12) Resources List
You could very easily compile list of useful resources on certain subjects and turn that into a product. Example: a list of free advertising sites, article submission sites, free hosting or free web space sites, free clipart, free autoresponders, etc.
There you have it! 12 easy ways to create your very own profitable niche products. I hope this article has started your creative juice flowing and start creating your first niche product now!

Let’s face it, most of us are not born writers. Many of us spend much time just to come up with one sentence, not to mention writing a whole book. What’s worse, there are times when nothing comes to your mind even you have spend hours researching on a topic. If this happens to you, you are probably having the most common problem that plagues writers one time too many, Writer’s Block! Writer’s block is absolutely, undeniably, scientifically proven to be impossible to overcome.
Well, I am here to tell you that WRITER’S BLOCK CAN BE OVERCOME.
There are several ways to trick this nasty demon. Pick one, pick several, and give them a try. Soon, before you even have a chance for your heartbeat to accelerate, guess what? You’re writing.
Here are some tried and true methods of overcoming writer’s block:
1.Be prepared. The only thing to fear is fear itself.(I know, that sounds like a cliché but as soon as you start writing, you will realize writing is not something to be afraid of.) If you spend some time thinking and researching on your project before you actually sit down to write, you may be able to over the crippling writer’s block.
2.Forget perfectionism. No one ever writes a masterpiece in the first draft. Don’t put any expectations on your writing at all! In fact, tell yourself you are not going to care about how your draft turns out. Your focus is to get your ideas down.
3.Compose instead of editing. Never, never write your first draft with your self-editing machine turned on making snide editorial comments over your shoulder. Sit down at your computer or your desk. Take a deep breath and blow out all your thoughts. Let your finger hover over your keyboard or pick up your pen. And then put on a pretense: appear to be about to begin to write, and at the same time, flick that little annoying self-editing voice. Then start writing quickly. Let everything loose, as long as you do it with a pen or your computer keyboard.
4.Forget the first sentence. You can sweat over that all-important one-liner when you’ve finished your piece. Skip it! Go for the middle or even the end. Start wherever you can. Chances are, when you read it over, the first line will be blinking its little neon lights right at you from the depths of your composition.
5.Concentration and focus. I find this the most difficult to do. There are so many distractions offline and online which can take your attention away. How about thinking about your writing time as a little vacation from all those annoying daily worries? Create a space, perhaps even a physical one, where nothing exists except the single present moment. If one of those irritating worries gets by you, stomp on it like you would an ugly bug!
6.Stop procrastinating. Write an outline. Keep your research notes within sight. Use someone else’s writing to get going. One technique is use a starting paragraph from a book on a similar topic and continue writing the following paragraphs. Then, come back and replace the starting paragraph with your own. Babble incoherently on paper or on the computer if you have to.
Just do it! (I know, I stole that line from somewhere?). Tack up anything that could possibly help you to get going: notes, outlines, pictures of your grandmother. Put the cookie you will be allowed to eat when you finish your first draft within sight but out of reach. Then pick up the same type of writing that you need to write, and read it. Then read it again. Soon, trust me, the fear will slowly fade away.
As soon as it does, grab your keyboard and get writing!

Unless you can afford to hire a ghostwriter, you probably need to write the ebook yourself if you have decided to start making serious money as an information publisher. The hardest part of writing an ebook is actually sit down and start to write. When I have decided finally to write an ebook, I find it extremely difficult to write my very first chapter. I have done the research and reading up on my topic, but the thought of writing it down scares the hell out of me. I keep procrastinating and wasting time instead of writing that first chapter. Does this happen to you? I bet it happens to most new writers. What we should avoid is thinking of the end product of producing a book. The thought of completing the whole ebook seems like an impossible task. That’s why you have to break it down into smaller manageable tasks. Here’s a simple 7-step procedure to start writing your ebook and finish it!
However, before going into the first step, I need to emphasized that your attitude is important to your success. You have to be confident that you can finish the task at hand. Do not fear that you don’t know enough to write an ebook, you do! You know more that you think, seriously.
Ok, now let’s start.
Step 1: Niche It
Choose a topic which appeals to you and which you can see yourself spending time researching and writing it in the next couple of days. The trick here is choose a niche. Do not write a book which appeals to everyone. Focus on a specific area and you are on your way to success. Why? Because when you target a niche market, you already have a pre-qualified market ready to buy your products.
Step 2 : Research It
After choosing a specific area of interest as the topic of your ebook, the next step is to spend a reasonable amount of time to research on that topic. How much time, you ask? It really depends on how much you already know about the topic. What is important here is you want to be an expert in your chosen niche. At this stage, it is easy to get lost among the huge bank of information on the internet. So it is very important to get organized. I find this method extremely helpful, that is getting a 3-ring binder with a set of divider tabs. File your research files and notes in the relevant tabs as you go along. When you start writing your book, you won’t have to research everywhere for your notes. This is a great time saver.
Step 3: Table It
Now that you have a good idea of what you are going to write, the next important step is to write a detailed outline of your ebook. This is the single most important step in the whole ebook writing process. To get your ebook well written and finish it on time, you need to spend some time to think of your ebook outline. The outline serves as the backbone of your ebook. It represents your ideas and flow of thoughts. Write the outline as detail as possible.
Step 4: Write It
Ok, finally, we get down to writing the ebook itself. Before you start writing, you have to have a good picture of your readers, the people who are going to read your ebook. Picture your perfect audience for your ebook and write to him/her! Write to your reader, not for your reader. Write as if you are talking to the person. Use the language as you would talking to your friend. Forget about having the proper grammar and linguistic structures for your paragraphs. Just get your thoughts and ideas down! If you are stuck in a particular chapter, move on to the next. Don’t force yourself to write that chapter and slow down the whole writing process. It is easier to come back and try writing that chapter again. You may have new thoughts and ideas which can help you to proceed. An important point to remember here is DO NOT EDIT! Turn off your self-editing machine and just focus on writing.
Step 5: Edit It
Now this is the time to for content edit. Does you ebook look too thin? If so, go out and get more relevant information. If you can’t find any, you may want to insert an article on the topic area you have difficulty finding information. This is one way successful writers add more ‘meat’ to their ebook. The other thing to edit is excessive and repetitive words. Remember, simplicity is the key. Forget about jargons and technicalities. Use common and simple language. You won’t want your reader go looking up dictionary while reading your book.
Step 6: Polish It
Now you have done editing your ebook, it is time to polish it. Polishing here means adding extra features to make your ebook presentable. For example, adding additional pages, adding your copyright page, changing your title, adding borders, adding header and footer, adding the table of contents. Take a look at any good ebooks already in the market and learn from them.
Step 7: Publish It
Now finally, you have your completed ebook in front of you. How do you feel? Do you feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment and pride? I know I did. Words just can’t express how I felt. It is worth all the hard work put into it. Now at this stage, you have to make sure you have a great title for your ebook. Great titles sells, not your content. Period. Get yourself a professional sales copy and ebook cover, and you are on your way to first ebook riches!
To conclude, anyone, including yourself, can write an ebook. It does not need to be difficult. All you need is to follow the 7-step plan above. For more great information on the easy 7-step procedure on writing your ebook fast, please visit The Newbies’ Hub

Many budding ebook publishers are excited to get their first ebook out the market only to be disappointed by its cold reception. We know information is hot! Millions of people search for information everyday. With this many searches for information each day, why do some information products are bound to fail even before it reaches the market?
The reason is pretty obvious, these products contain information which no one wants to buy! The key to selling a successful niche product is it offers a solution to a problem. Period. It is not about what you like, or what you are good at, or what your hobbies are. If you are writing an ebook on what you think people want to read, you are only wasting your effort. Creating an information niche product is never about YOU. It is all about finding your niche’s problems and needs, and offering a solution to it.
However, the difference between a best seller and an average seller is the type of buyers you are selling to. The best type of buyers which will make you huge profits in the shortest time possible are the desperate buyers. Yes, desperate buyers who are ever eager to take out their credit card and buy your book without thinking twice.
So who are these desperate buyers and where can we find them?
Desperate buyers exists in almost every niche. A product creator will just need to capture this group of desperate buyers in any particular niche, read into their psychology and create a winning product by offering the solution they are looking for.
Desperate buyers have a problem waiting to be solved. The problem can be so great that it affects their daily lives. They would be the ones losing sleep over their problem. Thus, these desperate buyers would not hesitate to pay for a solution to their problem so that they can get their lives back.
For example, if you write an ebook about how to buy a second-hand property, you will probably make a some sales from the second-hand home buyers. Others will shop around for other second-hand home buyers guides. Now imagine this, if you write an ebook about how to avoid foreclosure by securing instantly approved housing loans, who will buy your book? Those people who are losing their homes, of course! You can almost guarantee that they will buy instantly as you offer them a valuable piece of solution they are looking for!
Another group of desperate buyers are those people with a non-life threatening chronic condition which is either causing pain or inconveniences in their daily lives. Examples of these chronic conditions are any skin disorder, sleep disorder, eating disorder, arthritis, body ordour and so on. Would some one with bad body ordour buys a book titled ‘Five ways to get rid of your body ordour instantly.’? Of course he will buy? You book is offering him a solution to rid of his chronic problem and, thus, gain back his social life and confidence.
These desperate buyers exist in every niche and it is up to you to find them, understand their problem, offer them a solution and sell it to them! It is that easy! If you want to make money fast by creating niche products, then you need to know the art of selling to Desperate Buyers Only!

The next important step you need to do is to decide how you are going to take your orders and collect payment. With the internet, this is no longer expensive nor difficult. With your own online payment processors, you can collect money and deliver your products automatically…..even while you are sleeping.
Easy Ways to Take Orders for Newbies
-
Paypal is by far the most popular payment processor now. It is free and easy to setup. With its low fees, Paypal is a preferred choice for many newbies.
-
Clickbank is the most popular choice among the gurus and internet marketers. It charges a one time setup fee for selling as well as a cut from your sales. Clickbank offers a all-in-one solution including an army of affiliates ready to sell your products. Cool, huh?
-
Payloadz offers a simple solution to sell and deliver your products. It offer a free basic account with reasonable features which is great for a newbie starting with a shoestring budget. I have started using Payloadz since the beginning and still using them today.
Uploading the Minisite and Niche Product
With your sales page and download page ready, now is the time to upload your mini-site for the world to see. If you are using an online builder provided by your web host, the upload feature is usually included. What you need to do is just press a button and your site is live!
However, if you are using a stand alone html editor, you need a separate tool to publish your site. This tool is called FTP (File Transfer Protocol). FTP transfer your website files from your hard drive to your host, so that your site is visible on the internet. There many free FTP softwares available. Personally I use FileZilla (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net). It is really easy to use, and I especially like the drag and drop feature. After you have downloaded the FTP program, install it in your hard drive. To transfer files to your web host, you need to enter the information provided by your web host, including your server address, username and password.
Choose an Autoresponder
Autoresponders have become a necessity in internet marketing. Statistics have shown that most people do not buy when they come to your site the first time. On average, most people buy at the fifth to seventh contact. Imagine how time consuming if you were to contact each of your prospect for seven times. Autoresponders are like your faithful salesman which follow-up with your prospects. Beside that, an autoresponder helps you to automate signups, manage your list, send out a broadcast message, unsubscribe and backups.
There are several types of autoresponders available:
-
Free autoresponders
If you are operating with a tight budget, you can check out the free autoresponders. Free autoresponders comes with limited functions as well as you might get ads as part of messages. The more popular free autoresponders are Freeautobot and Getresponse.
-
Paid autoresponders
If you can afford it, it is highly recommended to use paid autoresponders. Not only you get a full range of essential features, it gives your messages a more professional look. The most popular and highly recommended paid autoresponder is Aweber. Other cheaper but as well alternatives are EmailAces and Rapidreply.
-
Web host autoresponders
Usually your paid web host comes with a free autoresponder as part of the package. However, these autoresponders has highly limited functions. For example, you cannot send follow up messages, broadcasts a message, or capturing your prospects’ emails. Some web hosts offer more sophisticated autoresponders, so you may want to check out what your web host offers.
There you go, these are 5 very basic things you need to setup your very first 24/7 profit pulling mini-site.
